i Sound Recorder Registration Problem

Hello,
I purchased the lifetime i Sound Recorder 7 for Windows a number of years ago. It was when the software company used was Digital River through RegNow. I understand Digital River went out of business. My issue is: I've noticed my version 7.9.5.5 is a trial version. It was not a trial version before. When I click on the icon to open i Sound Recorder 7, I get a pop up saying trial version. This pop up has my key code filled in already. It says I must register, but when entering my name, and clicking enter, the i sound media player comes right up. If I click on settings,and click on about, it says unregistered trial version. I have Windows 11 Pro 64 Bit. I tried emailing Abyssmedia sales and support, but have not received a response. I have the key code and order #, and my old address (can't find old email) when I ordered. Is there a way to get the registered copy downloaded on my pc? Thank You, in advance, for any help.
