How to change the tempo of a song without changing the pitch

I see the "Speed", "Tempo" and "Pitch" sliders. What the difference between Tempo and Speed?

"Tempo" slider change only tempo, pitch not affected.
"Speed" slider change both pitch and tempo simultaneously.
