My own (custom) icon doesn't work

Hi, I'm already happy of Yours software, but I have a little problem... When I make my custom logo (icon in .bmp with size 32X32), after compile I doesn't see it, but only a Yours icon with symbol "e"

Can You tell me what i doing wrong? I'm use a SiteInFile version 2.0.4.0

Custom logo will be show at the upper right corner of window.
Current version still can not change application icon.
